Complete and totally private apartment: the space has a bedroom equipped with a comfortable queen bed, a single trundle bed, air conditioning and closet for your convenience. In the room, there is a TV and 600 Mb Wi-Fi internet access (shared connection). In addition, the room has a workspace with a bench and chair, ideal for those who need to study or work during their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge, stove, electric kettle and all the necessary utensils for your stay.


Independent entrance, with a door set back from the access gate, equipped with a presence sensor and monitored by a surveillance camera, ensuring privacy and security during your stay.


The interaction with the host will be flexible and according to your preference. In order to equalize rent (without increase) with energy consumption (Very high rate), we adopted the suggestion of guests, as follows:

1) The Air Conditioning is released from 10 pm to 6 am or 8 am per day:

2) Extra fee of R$15.00 per day for the release of the "Air" for the rest of the day, being: - R$140.00 per week (paid in advance);

3) Follow rules for conscious use of electricity consumption. - Do not leave the lights on and the air conditioning on when leaving. I count on your conscience and responsibility!

4) Please do not use the towels to clean face makeup.

5) Garbage must be placed in front of the building and close to the collection time, which is around 7 pm and 8 pm daily, except on Sundays.
6) Visits between 10 pm and 8 pm are not allowed.
