The stay allows the alternation of occupants, as long as the maximum limit of 2 simultaneous people is respected. It is necessary to inform in advance the data of the guests and the schedule of check-ins and check-outs, by sending the completed accommodation form.

An ideal option for companies, teams or professionals who will attend the event on diferente dates.

The space is located on the second floor (access by stairs) and shares an entrance hall with another Studio (also independent). The space has everything you may need for a comfortable stay for leisure or business in Belém. You will have a kitchen with utensils for 2 people, a large window and a spacious bathroom with a water tank. In addition to a double bed and air conditioning available from 10 pm to 6 am, we also offer a ventilated one.

Access through a keyed gate will need to climb a staircase to reach the Hall common to two Studios and the independent access door on the left.

The interaction with the host will be flexible and according to your preference.
